Q. i think i may have met my twin soul, in 2007, and it’s so complicated to explain. i keep having dreams of him, even though we haven’t talked in 8 months. i just had one the other night of a letter he wrote to me. i’m not sure about the twin soul thing, i don’t really understand it or it can seem not real and i wonder if i’m crazy, especially since he may think that of me. i don’t know if he knows about twin souls, but he knows some about spirituality. i hadn’t figured out a way for it to work out besides to destroy our relationship, because he was already with someone else, had children with her (after we met). it was painful for both of us. ego got involved, he did lie to me, he was with other people, i couldn’t do it anymore it was hurting too much i felt used despite our connection (platonic, he had moved away long distance in 2008). i came to think he did it purposely (like a psychopath or narcissist), i couldn’t forgive him. it ended very badly. is there any way to resolve this? i do miss him but i don’t want to be hurt again.

A. I would recommend that you go within your heart on all that you have experienced with your twin flame to see where there may have been the ego/mind that got in the way of acting and feeling from the space of the heart and unconditional love. It is essential for twins to get to the place of consciously knowing, choosing and being/acting from the place of unconditional love. When you do this, you can look back on all that has happened and see the love, see the opportunities for growth and healing that is there, and also see how what may have seemed as horrible was not so much so, when seen from the eyes of the Spirit. Every opportunity, challenge, relationship offers us many chances to merge both the mind with the heart to see from the heart and feel from the mind…that the only thing that truly matters is love.

There is no separation between twin flames and their deep eternal love, so if one twin is choosing to be in relationship and love a soul mate, then the other twin moves into knowing that they are not separate from that love. All is interconnected and deeply connected, to offer everyone involved the many chances of moving ever in more depth in seeing the love within it all. I would suggest that you really, openly look at all that has happened, and see how much you have grown, how much you have learned…and act from there…not taking a step to connect for the fear of being hurt comes from fear. Feeling what we call pain is part of being in these human bodies but we can allow ourselves to feel the pan without attaching to it. What I mean by that is let yourself feel the emotions, but don’t hold on to why you are feeling them or placing blame…ultimately, you are the one that chooses to feel and continue to feel pain, yet it is also in feeling deeply like this that healing is possible.

It is not surprising that you are continuing to have dreams with your twin, as this is one of the ways that twins connect, love and merge together when physically apart. It is also very common that people do wonder if they are crazy when they experience this twin flame love that goes way beyond the minds perception to understand for it is beyond the physical direct form of connecting and loving in relationship. Though I can guarantee you that you are not “crazy,” you are experiencing the truth of love, and love cannot be defined nor can there be rules placed upon it…stay true to your heart in every moment.

Q. I am a clairvoyant, I visualize things and put them in to their place in a verbal way to express it to someone else…I have known who I believe is my twin flame, Sean for almost 13 years…so from the time I was 13 till now which is 26. He lives down the street from me and we grew close between the ages of 22-and 25. We do not talk to each other anymore as he is the “runner” and I am the one sacrificing each time and in the higher dimension of consciousness than he is….I know he’s my twin flame, because of all the signs and mysterious dreams I have of him and then I’ll bump in to him if I am not speaking to him for a few months, it’s strange, I had a dream this morning, that I met him, and I was telling him in my dream….how I always dream of him…I’m telling him this in my dream.

I have two other eligible bachelors that are in love with me, and they have good heads on their shoulders, financially and education wise etc, whereas Sean is in the middle still struggling to find his identity, I don’t know …My only question is, if he is my twin flame, why am I dreaming of him so much when he’s not even in my life at all?

Will he ever come to realization ? and if so …how? Sometimes I think I am going crazy because he always runs as soon as we get “close” . I love him with all my heart and I am not sure why…

A. The twin flame connection/love is so deep and it goes way beyond any limitations or rules that the mind can place upon it…it feels as though there is a questioning/going back and forth between your mind and your heart. Your heart and soul loves your twin flame beyond your minds attempt to try to control your feelings and to understand them. Yet this love has always been between twin flames, from before life ever began on Earth, so the feelings that come about are the souls remembering and recognition of this other half of your soul.

In many of my other posts, I discuss the necessary component of being with your twin flame is being aware of the fears that naturally emerge when in contact with the clearest mirror of who you are, and then allowing yourself to walk through those fears, transforming them into a deeper space of unconditional love and connectedness, while your soul understands the depth of the interconnectedness of everything and everyone, how perfect each step is for the over all circle of your specific souls intention and creation. In this light, there really isn’t anything to fear, though we learn growing up in “society,” that we need to be careful, we try so hard to be loved and to love, not realizing that love is what we are made of, and that as we naturally be it, then we attract it and can fully open our hearts to receive it…then there is MORE releasing when you are opening and opening and opening more to truly receive the deepest love that your mind can perceive and your soul already knows…ah, believe me, it is intense, but completely worth it!

To specifically answer your question, when you are not physically in direct contact with your twin flame, it is natural for your souls/spirits to meet, connect, share, love, communicate in your dreams. This will only continue as you more forward along your path…as you both individually grow, heal, evolve, and move deeper into the space of unconditional love for self, each other and the world. Relish these dreams for they strengthen your spirit…write them down if you feel guided, and allow your intuition to allow yourself to receive the messages within them, the reassurance, the love. As far as him coming to the realization, don’t think about this from the mind but feel it from the heart…and bask in the connection you have right in this moment, if it is only in dreams and the love that bursts forth from your heart…there truly is no separation between twin flames even when the physical bodies are not beside each other or in direct contact…and you will become more aware of this and all of the layers of this truth as you continue forward on this journey. Many times twins create this physical separateness to enhance their ability to intuitively receive from each other and from life so as they naturally flow into being in this way, following the guidance in each moment when they finally merge together in all ways. Allow yourself to be in the moment, let your heart guide you towards the full union in all ways…and if your path leads you to another soul mate along the way, feel this in your heart if it is part of your journey…you will know in each moment…know that all the love that you feel in each moment and bring into your life, sharing with those around you only enhance both your twin, you and your union.

Q. My Twin Flame is very close to me although we do not get to hang out regularly, we are trying to start a closer relationship together despite the separations due to work. We live in the same city and met almost three years ago when I started a job at the same company he worked for, our offices were only 15ft apart.

I noticed than when he would come near me my whole body would feel a pull toward him and when our hands would get close i would want to lock hands with him, it felt like a magnet wanting to lock them together and still does. He noticed the magnetic and static too because when we went for cigarettes he would purposely feel my hand when handing me his lighter.

We have a strong connection but have not seen each other in a month, he wants to see me very soon, I feel he misses me and my whole body just aches for him when he’s not physically near me. When we first met I began to have dreams of him and this went on occasionally for a year until I quit my job in our office. After I quit I would dream of him over and over for a year but it would be two or three times a week, then it slowly calmed down to not so much.

Almost exactly one year after I left that job he contacted me wanting to see me, we tried to be together as much as possible but work eventually tore our physical bonding apart and so this is where being separated for a month comes in. Since we have both established our feelings for each other and had a very thorough discussion about why we should take it easy due to work, he has been in my dreams every single night, every night. He confirmed with me and made it clear that he want’s to give me his whole self and not just small pieces, he want’s quality time with me and not just stolen moments with a mind full of work stuff nagging both of us.

Before I get to us being separated I’ll tell you this dream,

I remember the last time I slept beside him I had a dream that we were sitting in the box of a truck looking at stars in the sky, there were other people around us doing the same thing. I looked up at the sky and a bunch of ufo’s came flying all around and I saw people on ladders in the lit up clouds happily putting boxes on conveyer belts smiling at us. Then I saw the big dark ships begin to emerge from the sky and I was afraid but not showing my panic, I hid my panic so he wouldn’t feel fear, then he made me look at him telepathically and said to me…Don’t be afraid…don’t be afraid…it is okay, then I woke up.

Since we have been apart I have been what I call “seeing through his eyes and have strangely picked up some of his mannerisms such as the way I hold a cigarette and how I move sometimes, I feel like he is inside me looking out through my eyes. I dream of him every night, he always always comes into my dreams, it never fails. I feel a hold around my shoulders like he is holding me steady. This is getting intense, much more intense than I imagined, but I will handle it because he’s my one.

I have relaxed surroundings and he has chaotic ones, he is working for a very high paced business and I am in a holistic health zen setting. All I have been feeling lately is a rush of go go go! get it done…get it done! and stress inside and I think it’s coming from him but he doesn’t know I feel it, so I turned the tables, I sent him calming waves of love and peace over and over and over to ease his stress into releasing….it worked.
I have learned to speak to him through energy between my hands..rubbing them together and sending messages in thought form, I learned this a couple of days ago when I wanted to talk to him, so I sent him a message to get ahold of me and he did almost immediately, he says he was stressed “but not anymore and is now having trouble sleeping, he cannot sleep…no wonder! he keeping coming over to see me at night or I am going to him, and his job is crazy.
So I told him to do some diaphragmatic breathing to calm himself and we said goodnight…it’s funny because I relaxed on my couch “I figured if I relax and calm then he will too” if I just concentrate on him settling down while I do it.
So I made an energy field in my hands to guide him through the breathing into a nice peaceful state so he could calm and drift off to sleep and I could feel it working, I could feel him relaxing and calming his mind and I felt it when he fell asleep, so amazing.

I slept well last night with minimal action in dream land so I know he slept like a log which eases me. Balancing this energy between us takes awareness and practice and when done with love and peace it evens itself out, still intense but not throwing itself all over the place due to lack of self control with energy. We must balance our energy between us so we can balance in our lives when not together physically….this was a rough ride to understand and finally get the reins on but when it happens it’s pretty peaceful stuff.
Twin Flame relationships are about kicking ego out and allowing yourself to love another with lightness and letting go when the other needs to go, even though we are twins I cannot interfere with his path nor he mine and we don’t. We understand that everything that is happening is making us stronger and we know that we are never truly separated, we couldn’t if we tried. This union is not just about us, it’s about everyone, it’s about the universe coming to balance so we have to balance ourselves for the higher good no matter what obstacles occur.

There is nothing that can come between unconditional love and when it comes to twins you would be surprised to know that it doesn’t matter what they do, you will always understand that it’s because it is part of the plan, instinctually you will feel a force to protect the other, especially when they do something that would normally piss you off in any other type of relationship, work through it with him/her, you let the other make mistakes and always internally they will know they can come home.

Please tell me your thoughts on this, I would love to have any information you can give me as he and I go through these stages.

A. Ah my dear, you understand very deeply the many truths of the twin flame connection/relationship, deep love. I first want to honor you for hearing your intuition and your heart on this. Much of what you say is echoed in my writings. The twin flame union is not just about the twin themselves but encompasses all that is, so allowing yourself and your twin each moment on your path leading up to your full reunion in all ways is THE WAY, knowing that you are never and could never be separated. This love between twin flames is completely unconditional and so deep, that it is impossible to place limitations and rules upon it, such as was common with the old paradigm of relationships…this connection calls for a release of separation, in all ways, and a complete immersion into union, knowing that all is interconnected, and that there is this loving, divine flow of the universe that desires to help in the process of experiencing and sharing in the deepest love vibrations.

I do want to bring out the dream that you had as there was some insight coming through as I read it: how beautiful that it mirrors the analogy I use, the ladder of love. It is not surprising at all, as there are no accidents, that you have found my website…the ladder within the dream is a symbol of the ladder of love, rising higher in love vibration and frequency…and within the boxes are couples (twin flames), which is the highest mirror of you, your other half, which is the relationship at the top of the ladder…and your twin flame and you (your union and your mission) has been decided upon before physical incarnation. The message through this dream, or at least one that I was receiving for you (and for all twin flames), is that you don’t have to be afraid to climb up the ladder of love to fully receive in all ways your union with your twin flame, knowing that you have always been as one, and that the mission you have agreed to embark upon together you absolutely can accomplish or your soul wouldn’t have planned on it. Literally, “you don’t have to be afraid, it’s ok,” and actually it is more than ok.

Continue to cultivate your connection while physically separated from your twin, for as you know, he can feel it and is benefitting more than you may be able to perceive from it…and ultimately, it is enhancing you both at the same time. It is a blessing for me to read your firm grasp on this journey because I feel that you are so deeply connected to your heart and the truth of your love/connection with your twin flame…this will only continue and get even deeper as you move forward along the path. Q. Do you believe Religion is an obstacle that can be overcome in a TF relationship= (the different beliefs of religion and the new spiritual beliefs that come with the awakening and connection)? Also that the religious belief makes your relationship wrong?

A. Anything can be overcome in a twin flame relationship for this connection/love is all about releasing separation to move into union. Union = you and I as one, yet this does not only include the twin flame, there is union in every moment with everything and everyone on this planet Earth as well as beyond. Separation mentality takes something, such as religion (beliefs) and puts it into a space that creates distance/separation from others, especially the ones we love. Separation mentality clings onto *anything* that can create distance, placing expectations and conditions onto your partner, such as needing to believe a certain way about life, before agreeing to extend love. Twin flame love is unconditional and therefore allows the other twin to believe, feel or be anyway they choose…and this deep unconditional love knows that love is the most important thing, that when the heart feels this love, *nothing* can stop it from being fully embraced except fear (which is separation).

When you encounter your twin, everything you thought you believed, you felt, who you thought you were begins to blur and shift, and if you truly desire to embrace this love, then you open, and you open again, then you open more. This love creates continuous openings within your heart, your mind, your body, your soul, your entire essence, *if you allow it to.* You are always given free will even though your soul chose this love before physical incarnation, and if you wanted to push it away, run away out of fear, then you can. No choice is EVER wrong, but your experience will be different and not as all encompassing and growth accelerating as completely opening to this twin flame love. From the perspective of union, since *true love* is absolutely unconditional and wants to be experienced, shared, embraced, sharing and opening to deeper love can never be wrong. Just take the example of Jesus…he accepted and shared with *everyone,* even those that others said were not worthy, for whatever reason they attached, to receive love. What I’m trying to say here is that the creation of separation within religion is manmade. I’m not saying that it is *wrong* for you to believe in any particular religion and follow accordingly…just bringing the perspective of true love to you…in that it is completely unconditional (not placing conditions on what to believe or labeling it as *wrong*).

So, to recap, yes, religion (beliefs) can be overcome in a twin flame relationship *IF* both twins are willing to move into the space of the heart to release separation, to move into union, knowing that what matters is the love that can’t be denied between them. This twin flame eternal love is so intense in such a beautiful way, that it wants you to surrender to its gentle force, to ride the wave of the depth of experiencing what unconditional, deep, true love really is from the perspective of Spirit while also immersed in the physical, human body. THAT is the pleasure here…to merge the spirit and the body…wow, not sure I have any words to completely describe how amazing and rewarding that is, but when you experience it, you’ll know.

I want to bring something to your attention…some beliefs can come from the mind and some come from the heart…some are followed because they have been given and some are followed because they have been experienced, felt, and moved into the truth. I’d recommend just feeling where you are with your beliefs…and if you notice that some you’ve agreed to because others have told you rather than experienced deeply yourself, feel within you if they resonate now. This twin flame path can create a different turn(s) along your journey, and this turn may bring you in a different direction(s) than you are used to, yet remember, everything that is *unknown* becomes familiar when you start walking it. The important thing is to make sure that what you feel and are following is truly for you at this point, because what may have been true for you may not still be true for you, and that is more than ok. That just shows you that you are constantly growing, evolving, shifting, which is of course, part of the life journey and continuous opening, deepening, surrendering, as you flow with the waves of unconditional love, is part of the twin flame journey. Again, I don’t think I have any words to completely describe how amazing and rewarding EVERY step of the journey to reunion with your twin flame is, but when you experience it, you’ll know.

Q. I truly believe in my heart that I met my soul mate this summer. I was rather shocked and if I’m honest a bit scared of the intensity of the meeting and long story short we did not end up speaking to each other for the brief time we met. It’s a rather long story but I actually became aware of him before we met and now really just want to be with him all the time. I understand what you mean when you say that twin flames are never really apart but he lives in a different country, I can’t stop thinking about him and worry at times that the fear I felt (and maybe he felt too) the day we met may mean we will not meet again. What are your feelings about this?

A. Fear can absolutely come up when you meet your twin flame, because, as you mention, it is a very intense awakening of your soul. What is necessary and what almost inevitably follows the meeting of your twin soul is the awareness of the fears that are coming up, and a deepening of self love. The twin flame journey is one of deep unconditional love and as you move more fully into this space, more fears will come up. They aren’t coming up for you to resist this deeper love, but rather to move through them so that you can experience in all ways this beautiful, intense love of twin flames. Not only are you to walk through your fears and increase your capacity for self love (as this only enhances the love you have for your twin as your twin is the clearest mirror for you of who you are), but also to release the emotions, beliefs, behaviors of separation.

As you know and as you mentioned, you are not separated as you are a part of each other, so intricately intertwined. Since being physically “separated” from him, you have many opportunities of releasing the emotions and belief that you are separated to move into the knowing that you are so deeply connected. One of the benefits and purpose of physical separation with your twin is to be able to feel this separation on a human level so that you can move into the spiritual perspective of seeing that it is impossible for you to ever be separated. With this comes calmness and an acceptance of what is as you know that what you are experiencing right now is in the divine flow of preparation for your full reunion with your twin. Don’t doubt your connection or put the focus on the impossibility of your reunion, instead stay open to receiving his love in so many ways beyond your minds’ capacity to perceive and know that you are together and co-creating right in this moment. Q. My heart says not to give up. The love is there, he is fighting it for family reasons. Embracing myself and loving more is what I need to do…I think. I feel gutted but know I have to rise, is this part of what happens in twin flame reunions?

A. What is essential in order to unite in all ways with your twin flame is, as you say, a rising in love. Many twins experience a time away from their twin physically so that they can rise in love within themselves as part of preparation for reunion with the twin. The twin flame relationship is about this ever increasing love, and it needs to stem from the love of self first, as this love then flows into the love felt for the twin (as your twin is the mirror image of you), then flows into the combined love that you both have for yourselves and each other which extends into the world.

The reason why this self love is so important is because both twins need to know and feel their wholeness aside from each other as well as know that their wholeness is increased when they unite with one another…twin flames take on a mission together and the relationship is focused upon this mission that is so strongly embedded within their hearts, so as there are three parts of this mission : the individual mission that you have, the individual mission that your twin has and the joining of your mission together. Most of the time the individual missions are in alignment with each other, but there is a piece that is your unique addition/creation and the same with your twin.

Know that even though there may be physical separation between you, that you are never separated from each other. The love is always there, the connection can never go away, and the communication always deepening in so many other ways. Many people are going to have their own opinions and feelings regarding the twin flame journey, especially if they have no experience of it, because they try to put it into a category of love as defined previously and this relationship cannot be defined nor can you apply rules to it. It is its own experience and the heart is the guiding force behind it. You cannot think or act from the mind but rather you need to feel and know from within your heart. Give this all time and allow yourself to be in the moment, moving deeper in love with yourself, your happiness, your passions. However, do feel your emotions as they come up for that is the way that you heal all the feelings of separation and the lack of receiving love…the truth is that you are never separated and you are love so therefore you can always receive more of what you naturally are. It is only the mind that creates the perception of separation in all its various forms.

You are Loved (Don’t Give Up)

Q. I know meeting a twin flame can enable us to learn and awaken to a greater love. The question I find puzzling at the moment is I read recently to achieve and maintain twin flame manifestation at least one of the flames has to have reached a 5th dimensional state and be able to maintain it !!! Is this true?

A. Twin flames have had many lifetimes together, connected spiritually and/or physically, and it is the way of the twin flame to move into a higher vibration of unconditional love, for this union is meant to not only bring a deeper love to the self and the beloved twin but also the world. It does take many lifetimes and many experiences to reach this state. A 5th dimensional state, as you mention, is this state of seeing through the eyes of love, which means seeing all that exists, all that occurs through the eyes of love, including the challenges or anything that could be considered “negative.” In this state, you want to serve, you want to give and receive love and to be able to do this, moving from the 3d human experience into this spiritual deeper space easier and quicker, while also in the human physical body. In this way, you are able to move forward in serving love to others with your twin, but this state will need to be reached…and yes, maintained.

You may have heard stories of twins that have come together and then separated, to come back together again or some that don’t come back together in a particular lifetime. This can be because the consistency of this unconditional love state is not maintained…there are fears that need to be dissolved, the ego needs to be recognized and silenced, and the choice to balance the mind and the heart needs to be constantly brought into the awareness and acted upon, all the time, again and again. Love is put first, love of self, love of the beloved, and love of all that is.

Q. I met my twin soul a few years back. I have been trying to convince her that I am her other half. All it did was scare her. I have experienced seeing the number 11. My life has been turned upside down. I feel all her emotions. I even know when she is close. I have no ego what so ever. I know she isn’t happy with her current boyfriend. She will not admit it. I know when she thinks about me. I told her I am letting her go and every time I do that something presents itself that says not so fast. It’s almost as if she doesn’t want me to let go. I mentioned it last night and I had such a vivid dream thereafter. I met her and she told me she was pregnant and I told her I would accept her either way. She then took me to her house where I met her mom, dad and brother. I gave them all a big hug. I have never been to her house, but I can remember it in detail. I kissed her and her lips were so soft. Can anyone please offer some insight on this please. Thanks.

A. In order to consciously understand and choose to merge with our twin, we do need to be “ready” to receive the deep intense and unconditional love that this full union offers. When you release the ego as you mention, then you will not feel the need to try to make your twin accept this deep connection that you have, yet you will consistently and consciously keep sending unconditional love through your words, your thoughts, your emotions, your actions for the depth of this love goes way beyond this lifetime, and beyond the physical body. You want to give this love, again and again, as you also know that you are not ever separated from this love, whether or not you are directly sharing in that love. The love is always and has always been present.

Why is it that you have felt the need to tell your twin that you are going to let her go? Or is it merely for your own peace of shifting the “status” or “label” of the relationship so that you can be more present in this moment to let the flow bring you to what is needed for your growth right now? Do you feel that you can be “friends” with her, sharing yourselves in whatever way you both feel comfortable with in the moment, and still be sharing regardless of the “status” of what your relationship is, and even if you don’t receive the direct expression of love in relationship? Unconditional twin flame loves wants to give, over and over, and even if there is not a reciprocation of this love in a direct form. The soul knows that there is always a return and acknowledgement of this love beyond the body, and it also knows that there is no separation of this love and no “distance” either.

You can’t ever truly let go of your twin flame for you are a part of each other, but you can change the focus of thinking about the union all the time (from the mind) and move into the heart with feeling the union that is already…and allowing yourself to be fully present right here and now as the universe gives you others to share with and experiences to embark upon, to receive from as part of the path towards full twin flame union. Allow what is between you to be as it is, keep feeling the love and the connection as it is, allowing yourself to move deeper in deep unconditional love with yourself, others and the world. This threefold love, for self, the twin and the world is the way of the twin flame love and service.

Q. For the past few months, I’ve been dreaming about who I
call a “mystery guy”. I refer to him as such because I can NEVER
see/remember his face. Every time I dream about him, however, the
dreams are so vivid that I have to write them down. Some dreams
included us walking in grass together (a lot of the dreams I’ve had
with him included soil/grass), intimately kissing, holding hands,
expressing our love to each other, etc., and I always feel like I’m
right in the moment. When I wake up, I feel absolutely in love with
this man, although I don’t know who he is. I was wondering, could this
“mystery man” be my twin flame? If so, is there a possibility that he
is experiencing similar dreams? Also, are these frequent dreams a sign
that we’re going to meet soon?

A. Breaking down the many layers of existence can be very exciting, which is one reason why we love to unravel the “mystery,” of what we already know. To break through the illusion, we need to move from the mind into the heart, for the mind tries to figure things out yet the heart just feels into the truth. When you transform the surface and become clear, then you realize what you already know…the energy of this “mystery man” is familiar, and even though you are asking me if this could be your twin flame, you already know the answer. Can you feel that you already know?

Because I met mine 4 years ago, she ignored me for a year, we remet, and I ignored her, I met her again to try to heal and her boyfriend I didnt know about confronted us. A. To answer your question, no, not all twin flames have planned to have a “romantic” relationship or a lasting romantic relationship in this way in this lifetime. At this time though, heading into 2012, many twin flames have chosen, on a soul level, before physical incarnation, to come together to raise the vibration of love on planet Earth. One way that many twins have chosen to do this is by sharing their love with each other as well as the world, in service. In order for this to happen, there needs to be self love, unconditional, deep love for self as well as the twin and for all that is.

From what you have written, I get a sense that there is still healing that needs to occur, as you mention “negative karma.” Both twins have had many lifetimes where they were physically separated from each other and developed their own individual karma to work through, each step bringing them a deeper sense of love and acceptance for self, the twin and all that is. When you are in this state, this higher frequency of love, such feelings as hate and jealousy cannot exist. At this state, you are consciously aware of what comes up, and it does sound like you are aware that these feelings are coming up, and that is the only way to transform them or move out of them.

Unconditional love understands that we are spiritual beings in a human body having human experiences and therefore, understands that human actions, such as not telling the truth are ways for us to love deeper, and that no action or lack thereof from anyone, even your twin, is a personal attack against you. Every experience, especially through relationships, helps you to accept, respect and love others for who they are, and who they are choosing to be in any given moment.

The magnetism of twin flames goes way beyond the physical attraction. It is a deep soul recognition that recognizes this soul as one that is deeply loved from even before the first physical encounter in this lifetime. Therefore, the physical features become attractive because it is the self seen through this other soul that is magnetizing you. Many twin souls have similar physical features, especially in the eyes. The attraction based on the physical body is the old, egoic way of choosing a potential romantic partner, and this is not part of the twin flame perspective.

It is not a surprising thing for her to want you to be friends with her current partner, for the twin flame connection is so loving and unconditional as well as all inclusive, meaning that it wants to increase the love between all, knowing that all love expressed is felt between all, as we are all connected, especially twin flames. As far as the pot smoking, as you mentioned that you have been doing excessive amounts…any form of participating in any activity in excess, especially ones of escape, help us to relax and bring us away from current experiences, issues, emotions. You cannot change what has happened in the past between you, but you can let go of the past and be here in the present moment, to make decisions of what you want to experience right now and moving forward.
