Q. I know my twin flame is coming because I feel him. What do I need to be doing to prepare in terms of meditation or anything else?

A. What paves the way for a deepening of your connection and love with your twin flame is for you to be feeling, seeing and experiencing love in each moment. How do you go about doing this? Focus on connecting with the love inside of yourself and with others…this naturally enhances the love with the twin flame, ultimately bringing both of your hearts on their own, and together, deeper into the vibration of divine, unconditional love. As you see every relationship, every connection, as a way for you to share the love for your beloved, you begin to treat everyone as if that person is your twin flame, with complete presence, attention and unconditional love. You then move into the space of honoring every moment, for each moment holds amazing ways for you to strengthen and enhance the love already present with your beloved, increasing your ability to BE love and to be LOVED, moving you into the ever expanding frequency of unity consciousness. At this point, you understand that as you connect with the love that IS you, as you extend that love energy towards others, towards nature, as you see the love in your perceptions of every relationship and experience, in every moment, you are merging with the energy of the BELOVED within you which is always in union and co-creation with your twin flame. You begin to receive insight and guidance on your specific journey with clarity and this will only increase as you go along.

You have limitless opportunities to increase the vibration of love within you that you extend to all situations and people around you. When you are seeing, feeling and responding from the vision of seeing love underlying all challenges, experiences and relationships and bringing this into all of these, your twin flame begins to do the same, as both of your hearts become merged into the one unified heart of divine love of twin flames. This prepares you for your joint mission in service. The intention for the twin flame union and love is for the true embodiment in all ways of divine, pure, unconditional love to be felt, known, expressed and shared with all that is. As you move along your path, deepening your human perception of the spiritual truth that LOVE IS ALL THERE IS, you become a living vessel of revealing this love in every moment, in all ways. You understand that love is what you are, and therefore you know that you are never separated from love, as you are already in union with your twin flame. When you truly know this on all levels, you will take every moment, every relationship (intimate or otherwise), every experience, as another opportunity to increase the love that is you, that is your twin flame, that is all there is, bringing EVERYTHING into the experiencing of this love and union. Every act of sharing love, of expressing love, of BEING love is co-creating with your twin flame. Every perception of seeing that you are always sharing love, you are always expressing love, you are always with your twin flame in co-creation IS loving yourself into the beloved (being love and allowing yourself to be loved). Hence you are loving yourself into the oneness of all that is with your twin flame.

Q. I have been so richly blessed by your message of LOVE and helping all of us understand what LOVE really is. I have gained much from interacting with you. I am curious if you have even done any articles about false twin flames? I spoke with you a while back about some very interesting multidimensional interactions I was having with someone I thought might be my twin flame. I felt him everyday. I dreamed about him. I felt I was in dialogue with him (still do) during certain portions of the day, etc.

I ran into him once by “chance” and had a very interesting mental telepathic connection that happened within a span of seconds. I say “chance” b/c I ended up going to that particular place where I ran into him because I felt a pull as I was driving past that place and I literally turned the car around and decided to go visit the place I was about to drive past. Low and behold, there he was. The first time I had seen him in over a year. As we looked at each other, he said hello with his mouth yet I heard mentally, “I have a girlfriend”. Weeks after that, he told me those exact words via text message. I thought that I was imagining that I heard it, but I actually turned out to really hear it.

Anyhoo, I had a meeting with a twin flame gentleman who works with his female twin flame half here on Earth through energy work as their service to the community. I showed him a picture of me and the man I thought was possibly my twin flame and decided to get his insight. He is also a channeler and his Higher Self can receive messages from other entities in Higher frequencies. His message to me was that the man was not my twin and that I served as a heart catalyst for him to meet his Soul Mate and he helped to create a new template of male expression for me. He served to help me re-establish and perhaps re-create my masculine side. He also served to help me tap into my healing abilities so that I can begin to do work here on Earth the way my soul always knew it should.

It hurt to hear this message, but it also helped to free up a lot of energy and I felt a weight lifted a bit. I am not saying that I am totally sold one way or another, but I guess I am curious if you have come across stories like mine, where someone may not actually be a Twin Flame, but their presence, and multidimensional connections serve as a way for the other person to go deeper in their spiritual development.
I have been able to release my expectations that this man is my Twin. I am at the place in my development that I do know our Souls go WAY back. I know that if I do not see him again in this life time, I will run into him again in another, or in the Spiritual life/Astral Planes/Flying in the Universe. I have gained a deeper understanding that our souls are indeed immortal and time is very very short in the grand skeem of things. What seems like an eternity, is really only a second in the whole Universe.

I am still intrigued by this connection I shared with this man. I actually ended up sharing with him what my experiences have been on my end, the dreams I kept having, the empathic connections I felt, and the moments I felt the need to offer Healing energy on his behalf. He thanked me, told me he was in a relationship and asked me to stop communicating with him. He neither confirmed or denied anything on his end. It stung to have such an straight forward clear cut response. But I did ask him to at least do that instead of not responding. So I guess I asked for it, lol.

Since I communicated with him and finally and openly shared with him what my experiences have been relating to him, the dreams have stopped flooding in. I used to have dreams about him a couple times a week. Now, very very seldom. I still feel a telepathic connection with him during the waking hours, but that is about it. I have just been teaching myself to totally let go of all of my expectations. I can easily be empathically connected to people for the purpose of offering healing energy, but this was has by far been the deepest connection, or at least to most intense that has sky rocketed my spiritual development and aided in me becoming more balanced in myself.

One other thing: The male Twin Flame that I spoke to told me that my actual Twin Flame is in another dimension and that we agreed to be in separate dimensions so that we can offer assistance to our worlds in unique ways. I have since started meditating and learning how to put myself in a hypnotic state so that I can learn to connect to others in the Astral Planes and be available to receive what ever insight I might be able to receive when I put myself in that state. My visions and lucid dream abilities have been getting sharpened.

Any insight on what to do when a Twin is in another dimension? I am still baffled that my spiritual development still seems to grow deeper when this other guy (who I thought was Twin) enters my dreams, and energy space. Well, sorry I wrote a ton, but I haven’t written on this site in a while and I wanted to share what my process has been thus far. Thank you for all that you do.

A. Thank you for continuing to share your journey. We can have higher soul mates come into our life experience to help us to evolve, open our hearts to expansion increasing our capacity to give and receive unconditional love for self, others and all that is. Of course, encountering your twin flame pushes you into an enhanced state of continuous self awareness and spiritual growth, strongly encouraging you to look at the reflection of yourself with love. We absolutely can connect on telepathic levels with others who are not the twin flame and have a sense of deeper communication, however the feeling with your twin flame far surpasses any other familiar energy, allowing you to feel completely loved, at peace and home, and it is common to do this through dreams and constantly merging with the energy of your union.

I also just want to bring to your awareness here, that you can absolutely be sharing in Spirit, you can and you have as all twin flames have for they are never separated, with your twin flame before fully merging physically and continuing your service to the world with one another. Also if you encounter your twin when he is in another relationship, that does not mean that you won’t be joined together physically in this lifetime when the time is right IF that is in your soul plan. One of the main points to remember here is to not place any limitations or expectations on how things will develop with your twin flame, whether it be this man you mention or not, and allow for the natural unfolding and clarification to come in each moment, as it will continue to shine the light of remembering upon you, as it will also continue to assist you in your spiritual growth, increasing your spiritual sight while being on the Earth. Feel deep within you what resonates regarding what anyone, even myself, tells you about your twin flame and your journey. The truth and knowing of it all is within YOU. It’s a glorious and beautiful ride full of wondrous opportunities, isn’t it?

Q. I have met my twin flame and we are at the separation and growing stage and yes, I get goosebumps and tingle feelings ALOT when I think of him and often find myself in a somewhat obsessive mode when the feelings get so intense. Is this when he is also thinking about me with all these sensations?

A. The intensity of these feelings is your heart expanding, allowing you to receive more love and to give out more love, not only from your twin flame but from everyone and everything (all that is). When your heart expands, and then expands more, you understand that as you love your twin, you love all that is. As you love all that is, you love your twin. They go hand in hand. All love shared, all love expressed is love shared and expressed with all, enhancing all hearts and the one heart of all that is, the one unified heart of the twin flame sees that underlying everything is love, what is most important is giving and receiving love in every moment, every situation, every relationship.

As your twin’s heart expands and opens, grows in intensity within the vibration of love, by receiving love or giving out love, you will feel it, for as he expresses love, he is loving you. The same goes for your experience: as you receive love or give love, your twin will feel it, expanding his heart even more. Truly the amount of love that you can experience, that you can feel, that you can give, that you can receive is completely limitless as this will continue to grow and grow, filling you with excitement and constant amazement at how much you are filled with love, ever deepening, increasing, blissful love. Give love, and watch yourself continuously feel the love coming back to you, from all sources, in so many ways, as your twin experiences the same, expanding your hearts into the one unified heart of twin flames where only love, the most pure, eternal, unconditional love resides.

Q. I really think I know who my twin flame is??? But now I am doubting it? Is this normal?

A. This is absolutely “normal” when you are in the midst of releasing the attempts of control from your mind and moving into the space of feeling and *knowing* which comes from your heart. The heart and your body holds the memories deeply embedded within your cells of your eternal love and connection with your twin flame. This is where your recognition of your twin flame comes from, as your true love partner that complements and fits you perfectly, balancing your polarities in the etheric and 3D realm.

The twin flame journey is one of remembering. When you become aware of your twin, both before the physical encounter and afterwards, you are guided into a deeper spiritual awakening on many levels, constantly growing into the true essence of who you are, and you remember on a profound level what your soul (as an individual, as a 1), has planned and also what your mission with your twin flame is (as a union, 11) for your passions are so beautifully intertwined as they fit together, like a puzzle piece, perfectly and intuitively. When you remember, you feel and you know deep within your gut, you don’t *think.* I encourage you to stick with what you really feel and know rather than what you think is the truth, for you already KNOW the truth. Doubt comes from uncertainty, and uncertainty comes from the mind as you begin to question what you already feel. Trust what you feel, especially what you feel so deep within that can’t be explained or understood by the mind. This is where the mind fails to capture or understand this journey. You can bring the mind back into it once you clearly connect with what you feel and know as truth, as you bring this spiritual sight of knowing from your gut and your heart, into the human perspective of seeing, through your mind. It will become more clear in each moment, as you allow yourself to be IN the moment, releasing the pull from your mind or the minds of others. Keep connected to your heart and follow as you are guided. What is “normal” is relative, because normal comes from the mind…there is just what is and what you make/create from how you see what is. Your heart helps you to transform what is into a masterpiece of what you feel and know. Everything is so sweetly interconnected.

Q. Your meditation video is so beautiful. Fills me with peace. It is a validation that our journey is true and not our own obsession. We wait for divine timing. Is is true that we can show our unconditional love to humanity and extend it after our physical union only? As it is now we are caught up in soul mate relationships. And the possibility of physical reunion seems far off. However as you say we are merged spiritually,emotionally, in our etheric bodies too.Your video builds up a lot hope and I keep my fingers crossed that a miracle will occur !

A. The path towards the twin flame is of union consciousness. Union consciousness knows that we are all one with all that is even when we are in the throes of perceiving separation. For example, when you are not physically next to your twin flame, you are still connected, still loving and growing with one another. Union knows that this is the truth. Therefore, as I say in this meditation video, “all love shared is love shared with all.” If you are in a soul mate relationship in this moment, your soul has drawn that soul into your experience for a reason or more than one reason, to grow deeper into the vibration of unconditional love, AND if you have become aware of your twin flame while in this soul mate relationship, then you have taken on the task of loving all (yourself, your soul mate, your twin flame) to the deepest capacities right here and now as this is part of the journey towards the twin flame union in all ways.

I did mention in the video to connect with your passion, be yourself and bring that passion into your life for your passion is what will join with a mutual passion of that of your twin flame to bring forth your mission together in the world. Now, sharing in this unconditional love and extending it does not exclude anyone, this deep space of love honors everyone and everything as much as the heart honors the twin flame. This path calls you to see love within everyone and all of your challenges, your experiences, your relationships for as you see in this way and extend love in this way, then you SEE your twin flame more clearly and you feel the love in your heart expanding, to include everyone. SO to answer your question, there is no waiting to unite in all ways with your twin flame before extending out the deepest waves of unconditional love to all of humanity and the Earth, for you are never separated from your twin…it is NOW, and each new NOW moment that we are invited to be in this vibration of love, as that vibration draws us ever closer to the divine, sacred union with our beloved in the perfect moment.

I also encourage you to honor your soul mate relationship. Don’t compare the one with your twin to your soul mate…see them for what they are, and extend the love in every moment. Don’t run away from the growth here for you in each moment in your current relationship…listen to your voice when it lets you know that a transition is needed or a shift, and it is not always the case that a shift requires an ending to the relationship. Union consciousness understands that there are no endings, and it is merely the ego that attaches to the necessity for separation and endings. If we shift our perspective, we can see that this is so.

Q. 2012 is said to be the time of ascension. Does it mean that twinsouls incarnated here will be reunited in the physical now? We are already united spiritually, so, does that mean that this spiritual union is sufficient for planet ascension? If so, why physical incarnation together during this time? Can you expand on this? True to what is said I became aware of the twin soul concept only in 2011 and after that my spiritual connection with my twin has deepened. What else should we do besides going with the divine flow?

A. All co-creations with the twin flame prepare the oneness of all that is for ascension – not only those reunions in the physical. Many twin flame couples will be coming together physically this year of 2012 for the purpose of SHOWING the collective the VISION of true divine, eternal unconditional twin flame love beyond the words and the feelings. However, all combinations of twin flame unions (male/male, female/female, male/female) and all ways of uniting/co-creating, whether it be in full physical union or even spiritual union are powerful. The reason why the other unions are essential as well is to bring the collective awareness into the truth that we are connected way beyond the direct communication, that we can love beyond the minds capacity for knowing or planning, that we are so much more than our human selves for we are beyond the tangible, physical matter of these bodies.

Twin flame unions are essential in bringing the healing of separation into the full vibration of union. Therefore, there will be many twins who are same sex couples coming together, one in spirit/one in human form, big gaps in age difference, difference of religion, and geographical distances. There will also be some twins that have soul mate relationships while also sharing direct connection with the twin, and this allows for all parties involved to have unconditional love for the happiness of the twin in that other relationship as love is extended to all parties, increasing the love between them all. All love shared is love shared with all. We are truly meant to see the foundations of separation that we have been living in, to bring light to it and to surpass it by expanding our heart and bringing it into the vibration of unconditional love. Anything that we have placed limitation or separation (differences) upon will be united so that we can see it, feel it, and remember what union truly is. Union is love, unconditional deep, eternal true love in the heart of each of us, which is enhanced by the awareness and recognition of the twin, in whatever form the twin is and whatever way your union and co-creation will manifest. Whether or not your union with your twin will include the physical depends on your souls intention and mission in this lifetime.

What else to do other than go with the divine flow? Be you – bring your passion into the world – listen to your guidance in each moment, which is why being in the flow is so important – see love underlying every experience, every challenge, every relationship…for as you do this, you ascend into the higher vibration of union and love, as this brings you into a deeper alignment with your twin flame as your hearts expansion happens at the same frequency as your twin. All of these steps are bringing us together on a massive scale of oneness and it’s powerful!

Q. Could you speak on twin flames and forgiveness?

A. This is a great topic! Forgiveness is a two part process, on a human level and a spiritual level. From a human standpoint, it may seem necessary to forgive the twin flame for whatever reason the mind can attach to that which would need to be released. However from a spiritual perspective, there truly is no need to forgive. Let me explain…as discussed in previous blogs, questions answered and what will be expressed in detail in my second book, is the awareness of soul contracts/agreements. Before physical incarnation, your soul has agreed with not only your twin soul but other souls what you will accomplish together when in these human bodies, when you would come in contact with one another, what would be healed, created, expressed, shared, etc., so therefore, if the “challenges” or bumps along the journey have already been planned, there truly is nothing to forgive. Forgiving = to be thankful to the soul supplying the experience *for giving* you the opportunity to grow within unconditional love, to heal any aspects of perceiving separation (the need to forgive – seeing something done to you as separate from your creation and done TO you rather than WITH you), to heal, move ever deeper into the truth of union (you and I as one), which is always present.

There is truly nothing to forgive in the human sense with our twin flames, yet there are emotions, actions, beliefs of separation that are constantly coming up within our psyche for us to be aware of so that they can be healed by being released from our energy field, our consciousness. We are moving ever further into the reality of union consciousness, stepping away from separation mentality. Encountering our twins, becoming consciously aware of the presence and connection we have with our twin flames accelerates the process of moving from this energy field of separation into union, and it can be done regardless of whether you are physically merged with your twin flame or not, for the truth is that separation is only an illusion, and union is always present. We do carry with us in our cellular DNA, the individual and collective memory of the original split/physical separation from our twin flames, with each other, and from Source (all of these three aspects), and it is in feeling the human emotions of this that we transform/change our cellular DNA to recognize only union, becoming ever more aware of when separation mentality is seeping its way into our sight/our experience.

The forgiveness, therefore, on a human level is to acknowledge and be aware of the aspects of separation that emerge within your psyche and allow yourself to release them. If you need to cry because you feel the pain of separation from your twin (which again, is merely an illusion as you are always one), allow the tears to flow without having to understand why they are flowing. If you need quiet time to contemplate or just sit in silence to be aware of what thoughts are creating the pain of feeling separated, give yourself this space as you transform what you think/believe regarding such illusions so that you can move into the truth of your union with all that is, your own wholeness, which increases the energy of oneness for everyone and everything else. We truly are all connected through a tapestry of beautiful energy which is always connecting us as we are healing this creation of separation that has been ongoing for millennia, and you are not alone, though you are part of the one that is coming back to oneness knowing that we have never left, and therefore, you will be feeling the effects along with us all. Yet the rewards are massive as we continue to move forward, literally and figuratively, holding hands with one another as we intertwine our essences ever deeper in co-creation with our twin flame, creating a huge circle of everincreasing deep, unconditional love.

Q. I’ve had dreams about my twin flame for several years. Even now, he still comes and goes from my dreams.

I first saw him almost two years ago, after several days of having vivid dreams about him. We saw each other from across a crowd, and the connection was so intense that I had to look away for just a couple seconds…only to lose eye contact the rest of the night. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a conversation until I saw him again a year later, and he was in a relationship. There was some friction in our first encounter, but things have mellowed out since then. He has let me into his life because we have so many close friends in common. For now, we remain friends through contact with our mutual friends. Sometimes we experience pure joy hanging out, and other times, we can’t even look directly at each other; we just sit in the same room with others.

Since I’ve always believed we’ll end up together, I’m hoping it will turn into something romantic in the near future, if he chooses to become single again. I still experience doubt because I never expected to find him in a serious relationship with someone else. Do runners ever “return”? He even ran from me in a recent dream when I tried to find him to tell him we’re soul mates.

A. Well, first of all, “runners” have never left, because the truth is that twin flames are always connected, even when not in physical, direct relationship with one another. Through the eyes of Spirit and union, you can see that this is the case, and you can feel right now your twin flame with you, in dreams, through your emotions, your inspiration, your thoughts, your heart and soul. Many times we do encounter the twin flame when either one or both twins are in a relationship with a soul mate. This enables both twins to move deeper into the vibration of unconditional love while they respect the twins free will choice in any moment, knowing that the love shared with another only serves to enhance the love shared with all involved, for truly there is no separation in union consciousness.

When you experience your twin in a dream, it’s always important to observe what is happening and how you are feeling as a result, for the dreams allow you to see your own growth as well as what may be lurking underneath the surface there for you to witness, and therefore, take action towards shifting it. The twin is the clearest mirror for you of who you are so if you are seeing your twin running away from you in the dream, I would encourage you to take a look within yourself…are there any fears there, any perceptions of relationship and love to be healed? Fear can come up when encountering and interacting with the twin, for the intensity of the connection/love pushes both twins to move deeper within themselves, bringing on the strong emotions of pain, of separation, of disappointments and expectations, attachments and illusions of separation.

The best thing that you can do in this “time” between when you are in all ways with your twin flame is to connect with the passion inside of you, and bring this passion more fully into your life experience, for as you do this, you send the excitement, the growth to your twin flame also. As you become more profoundly comfortable in your skin, recognizing what your individual mission/purpose is in this world, which you do have, then you allow your twin the chances to do the same and to recognize what your mission is together in this lifetime. Please remember that every step is beautiful and part of the masterpiece that is yours to walk, and all steps lead to home, all steps lead to reunion. (Union = you and I as one, and reunion = remembering that you and I are one). As you remember that in every moment, you are loving deeper, growing through, and co-creating with your twin flame, regardless of the physical connection, the more your heart opens to experience the bliss of unconditional love in all ways and with all that is.

Q. I have a question. During the time of a separation, are the twin flames able to gauge each others emotions at that moment. For instance, if I’m feeling a loneliness and a longing to be with my twin are they feeling that as well? Sometimes when just thinking/longing of my twin it feels like I have conversations in my head with him. I repeatedly tell him in our conversations that I miss him and I love him. And in some funny way, it feels like he misses me as well. I don’t know what to make of it because I don’t know if I’m being obsessive, or is this actually happening? I have never had this experience within any other relationship. However, during this separation in knowing that there is a need for self love and healing of any issues that I have had in the past. Could someone please tell me if they have ever experienced this?

A. To answer your question right from the start here, yes, your twin flame is experiencing your emotions on many levels, and depending on how awakened your twin is, there may not be a full conscious awareness of what is being felt or how it is being felt, maybe even not completely able to distinguish that it isn’t his own feelings in the moment that they come. However, I’m willing to bet that at this point in our consciousness, your twin is consciously aware of your emotions and able to figure out that it is exactly his when he feels them. Pay attention and stay connected to the conversations you have in your head for the truth is that we are connected beyond direct physical contact and can love, communicate, share beyond our bodies. I like to say that the conversations you have in your head is just your open receptivity to hearing the communications that are always going on, that only the mind blocks from picking up on.

Just as your twin can feel your emotions, the same is true for you. You can feel his emotions as well so it isn’t surprising that you feel like he is longing for you to. I have always loved the quote, “What you are seeking is seeking you,” for the truth in this is that the energy that you put out into the universe has to be opened up in vibration to begin to be attracted to you. When you become aware of your twin flame, it is because your soul has remembered you have intended to connect in this lifetime, and therefore each step is essential leading up to that reunion. You are absolutely right in the importance of self love in this between time, because as you love yourself, you love your twin and allow your twin to love himself more, as this becomes a neverending circle of increasing unconditional love for self…then when you look upon your twin and your twin looks upon you, the love for self is magnified as you see you within your twin, naturally enhancing the love for your twin and yourself all in the same moment…and then this love extends out into the cosmos, affecting everyone, all that is. This deep eternal love is powerful and the journey is so exciting…please don’t focus on the destination itself but enjoy every step along your path leading up to it, knowing that you are together, merging closer, and co-creating in this moment, which is in preparation for when you come together to continue creating in all ways.

Q. I was wondering if you would be able to tell me what it means to physically feel your twin in a dream (or is it astral travel)?

A. When you are physically asleep, your spirit does travel, astral travel, to where it needs to be for additional growth, evolution, receiving of love and connection, to become more aware of where you are, your desires and what your life plan entails. This can and often does include being in the presence/essence of your twin flame, which is why so many people mention how they have dreamed of their twin before meeting in 3D, and even the increasing of the dreams after encountering their twin in the physical. Most of the time, we meet with our twins in the dream state for reassurance that the connection is always there, the love is always present, as well as to receive knowledge of our growth, challenges that we are walking through, and to help us to remember pieces of our souls intention for creation in this lifetime.

The twin flame connection/love goes way beyond the physical body and therefore we can actually feel the presence of our twin as if we are in the actual physical presence. The truth is that we are in the presence, in the essence of our twin when we feel it, and even when we don’t feel it, as the connection is always there. See, the mind doesn’t know how to comprehend how you can feel the physical presence so strongly with your twin if you are not in direct contact, and honestly, the mind will never be able to understand this for it tries to put things in logical order, to make sense of what can only be felt. This does not only have to occur during sleep time but also during waking time, and that is when things get really exciting!
