Q. I know my twin flame is coming because I feel him. What do I need to be doing to prepare in terms of meditation or anything else?

A. What paves the way for a deepening of your connection and love with your twin flame is for you to be feeling, seeing and experiencing love in each moment. How do you go about doing this? Focus on connecting with the love inside of yourself and with others…this naturally enhances the love with the twin flame, ultimately bringing both of your hearts on their own, and together, deeper into the vibration of divine, unconditional love. As you see every relationship, every connection, as a way for you to share the love for your beloved, you begin to treat everyone as if that person is your twin flame, with complete presence, attention and unconditional love. You then move into the space of honoring every moment, for each moment holds amazing ways for you to strengthen and enhance the love already present with your beloved, increasing your ability to BE love and to be LOVED, moving you into the ever expanding frequency of unity consciousness. At this point, you understand that as you connect with the love that IS you, as you extend that love energy towards others, towards nature, as you see the love in your perceptions of every relationship and experience, in every moment, you are merging with the energy of the BELOVED within you which is always in union and co-creation with your twin flame. You begin to receive insight and guidance on your specific journey with clarity and this will only increase as you go along.

You have limitless opportunities to increase the vibration of love within you that you extend to all situations and people around you. When you are seeing, feeling and responding from the vision of seeing love underlying all challenges, experiences and relationships and bringing this into all of these, your twin flame begins to do the same, as both of your hearts become merged into the one unified heart of divine love of twin flames. This prepares you for your joint mission in service. The intention for the twin flame union and love is for the true embodiment in all ways of divine, pure, unconditional love to be felt, known, expressed and shared with all that is. As you move along your path, deepening your human perception of the spiritual truth that LOVE IS ALL THERE IS, you become a living vessel of revealing this love in every moment, in all ways. You understand that love is what you are, and therefore you know that you are never separated from love, as you are already in union with your twin flame. When you truly know this on all levels, you will take every moment, every relationship (intimate or otherwise), every experience, as another opportunity to increase the love that is you, that is your twin flame, that is all there is, bringing EVERYTHING into the experiencing of this love and union. Every act of sharing love, of expressing love, of BEING love is co-creating with your twin flame. Every perception of seeing that you are always sharing love, you are always expressing love, you are always with your twin flame in co-creation IS loving yourself into the beloved (being love and allowing yourself to be loved). We ALL, myself included, have days, even moments when we can doubt our own light. We can question whether we are doing what our soul is calling us to, and if so, if we are doing it in the way we are meant to. I always go back to balance, because I consistently notice it in my experience. For whenever I feel these moments of pondering worthiness, I always receive the love, gratitude and energy of those that I am helping. I continuously see how important it is to help others to find their own way, to connect with their own inner lights, and to let go of any fear of shining forth into the world. Q. I have been so richly blessed by your message of LOVE and helping all of us understand what LOVE really is. I have gained much from interacting with you. I am curious if you have even done any articles about false twin flames? I spoke with you a while back about some very interesting multidimensional interactions I was having with someone I thought might be my twin flame. I felt him everyday. I dreamed about him. I felt I was in dialogue with him (still do) during certain portions of the day, etc.

I ran into him once by “chance” and had a very interesting mental telepathic connection that happened within a span of seconds. I say “chance” b/c I ended up going to that particular place where I ran into him because I felt a pull as I was driving past that place and I literally turned the car around and decided to go visit the place I was about to drive past. Low and behold, there he was. The first time I had seen him in over a year. As we looked at each other, he said hello with his mouth yet I heard mentally, “I have a girlfriend”. Weeks after that, he told me those exact words via text message. I thought that I was imagining that I heard it, but I actually turned out to really hear it.

Anyhoo, I had a meeting with a twin flame gentleman who works with his female twin flame half here on Earth through energy work as their service to the community. I showed him a picture of me and the man I thought was possibly my twin flame and decided to get his insight. He is also a channeler and his Higher Self can receive messages from other entities in Higher frequencies. His message to me was that the man was not my twin and that I served as a heart catalyst for him to meet his Soul Mate and he helped to create a new template of male expression for me. He served to help me re-establish and perhaps re-create my masculine side. He also served to help me tap into my healing abilities so that I can begin to do work here on Earth the way my soul always knew it should.

It hurt to hear this message, but it also helped to free up a lot of energy and I felt a weight lifted a bit. I am not saying that I am totally sold one way or another, but I guess I am curious if you have come across stories like mine, where someone may not actually be a Twin Flame, but their presence, and multidimensional connections serve as a way for the other person to go deeper in their spiritual development.
I have been able to release my expectations that this man is my Twin. I am at the place in my development that I do know our Souls go WAY back. I know that if I do not see him again in this life time, I will run into him again in another, or in the Spiritual life/Astral Planes/Flying in the Universe. I have gained a deeper understanding that our souls are indeed immortal and time is very very short in the grand skeem of things. What seems like an eternity, is really only a second in the whole Universe.

I am still intrigued by this connection I shared with this man. I actually ended up sharing with him what my experiences have been on my end, the dreams I kept having, the empathic connections I felt, and the moments I felt the need to offer Healing energy on his behalf. He thanked me, told me he was in a relationship and asked me to stop communicating with him. He neither confirmed or denied anything on his end. It stung to have such an straight forward clear cut response. But I did ask him to at least do that instead of not responding. So I guess I asked for it, lol.

Since I communicated with him and finally and openly shared with him what my experiences have been relating to him, the dreams have stopped flooding in. I used to have dreams about him a couple times a week. Now, very very seldom. I still feel a telepathic connection with him during the waking hours, but that is about it. I have just been teaching myself to totally let go of all of my expectations. I can easily be empathically connected to people for the purpose of offering healing energy, but this was has by far been the deepest connection, or at least to most intense that has sky rocketed my spiritual development and aided in me becoming more balanced in myself.

One other thing: The male Twin Flame that I spoke to told me that my actual Twin Flame is in another dimension and that we agreed to be in separate dimensions so that we can offer assistance to our worlds in unique ways. I have since started meditating and learning how to put myself in a hypnotic state so that I can learn to connect to others in the Astral Planes and be available to receive what ever insight I might be able to receive when I put myself in that state. My visions and lucid dream abilities have been getting sharpened.

Any insight on what to do when a Twin is in another dimension? I am still baffled that my spiritual development still seems to grow deeper when this other guy (who I thought was Twin) enters my dreams, and energy space. Well, sorry I wrote a ton, but I haven’t written on this site in a while and I wanted to share what my process has been thus far. Thank you for all that you do.

A. Thank you for continuing to share your journey. We can have higher soul mates come into our life experience to help us to evolve, open our hearts to expansion increasing our capacity to give and receive unconditional love for self, others and all that is. Of course, encountering your twin flame pushes you into an enhanced state of continuous self awareness and spiritual growth, strongly encouraging you to look at the reflection of yourself with love. We absolutely can connect on telepathic levels with others who are not the twin flame and have a sense of deeper communication, however the feeling with your twin flame far surpasses any other familiar energy, allowing you to feel completely loved, at peace and home, and it is common to do this through dreams and constantly merging with the energy of your union.

I also just want to bring to your awareness here, that you can absolutely be sharing in Spirit, you can and you have as all twin flames have for they are never separated, with your twin flame before fully merging physically and continuing your service to the world with one another. Also if you encounter your twin when he is in another relationship, that does not mean that you won’t be joined together physically in this lifetime when the time is right IF that is in your soul plan. One of the main points to remember here is to not place any limitations or expectations on how things will develop with your twin flame, whether it be this man you mention or not, and allow for the natural unfolding and clarification to come in each moment, as it will continue to shine the light of remembering upon you, as it will also continue to assist you in your spiritual growth, increasing your spiritual sight while being on the Earth. Feel deep within you what resonates regarding what anyone, even myself, tells you about your twin flame and your journey. The truth and knowing of it all is within YOU. It’s a glorious and beautiful ride full of wondrous opportunities, isn’t it?

The other day I was exploring older writings of mine (there is still more to come that I’ll share with you) but these two are quite interesting for me, considering that I wrote them a bit less than a year before I became fully conscious of who my twin flame is in this lifetime. Perhaps you have heard of the Law of Attraction by now, that what you put out into the universe comes back to you. I also want to add the Law of Remembrance. Well, I don’t know if that’s a law, but it sure as well should be in my opinion…many of my clients, almost everyone that I have connected with that has become aware of the twin flame connection admit that they have known that they would meet someone that they somehow already connected with before actually meeting, they already feel they know the essence of this person, and hence it merely takes a remembering, a recognition when the bodies, the consciousness of both become aware of each other in human form. We agree that we are more than our bodies, that we are beyond our bodies, right? Then it would make sense that we exist before these bodies that we currently reside in…and therefore, we have connections with others before we put on the costume (for a while) of our physical vehicles….

Oh, to be in the arms of Romeo

Oh, I want to be able to lay in his arms at night while he runs his hands through my hair, whispers poetry into my ear, or tells me a story of his life, his experiences, his wants, his desires…I want to feel his heartbeat next to my own, the warmth of his skin surrounding my own…

to talk for hours on end, intellectual depth and passionate emotions…I want to roll around with him under the sheets for hours on end, totally immersed in his body inside my own…to cry for hours on end, releasing all the pain and relief of finally holding him close to me in this human form…to laugh for hours on end as we share the absurdities of life and the irony it holds…to walk side by side in a similar purpose on earth, to have love overflowing from our hearts to help others to smile, to love, to let go…

oh, to be in his arms someday, someday soon would be nice…ugh, the urge, the yearning, the craving, the anticipating…it is prevalent in my everynight breaking…as I lay here in bed listening to my own heartbeat that exists lonely and wanting…

and then my angel whispers, “Patience,” and I breath out…time is all I have right now as I spend it doing what the universe calls me to do…and I will wait…however long it takes…

Connection Through Each Lifetime

If you were hidden and I was unaware, how would you appear to me?
If I were to lay here and think of you, and imagine how the feel of your skin would be against my own,
How fast your heartbeat would echo in my ears if my head was resting upon your chest,
Your voice whispering the essence of you into my core
as my own heartbeat learned how to dance
and relax in your presence
If my lips brushed the tips of your ears and my breath seeped into you,
If our laughter vibrated the inner chambers of your soul,
would you remember?

It was a night of shadows, a night of strong visions, a night of intertwining fingers, wrinkled sheets, and tangled hair,
sweat stained skin, intensified breathing, and haunting stories,
We created our own fears, our own happiness, our own paths to cross
and the bridges we made we tumbled down,
trampled and swore next time would be different
I’d hasten to add that we were wrong to forget
However essential the mystery is for our current endeavors

And it was your form that hypnotized me
It was your soul that sang soft melodies echoing so profoundly within my own
that made me remember
After all, how could I forget my twin counterpart?
Birth and time have a way of keeping us apart
yet fate has its own purpose and the contracts we signed can’t deny us

and it is in my sleep

of embracing you in the flesh

I can honestly say that I have absolutely had dreams since of embracing my “twin counterpart” but not only embracing, but merging our energies together, growing together, sharing our energies with one another…talk about my soul knowing what was coming…and someday, yes, someday SOON I shall be able to share with you more details of what I remember since I was a young girl and the reality of it in my experience now. It now ALL makes sense on a deeper level, to show that we are so much more than our bodies. We are connected way beyond the mind’s perception to understand…and we KNOW, if we are open to remember who we are going to meet and what we have promised to create together in this lifetime.

The other day I felt called to pick up this book on the shelf where I am staying, and what I read, yet again, amazed me because of its accuracy. It is from the book Love Signs, A New Approach to the Human Heart I read about myself, a Scorpio woman (though I was born on the cusp of Libra so I have major laidback calm, relaxing energy) and a Pisces man (yes, needless to say, this is the sign of my twin flame).

“Spirit that haunts this dark lagoon to-night,” he cried, “do you hear me?” Silly question. Of course she hears him. If the Scorpio woman and Pisces man we’re considering being lovers or mates, and not simply friends, she heard him calling many years ago, quite probably when she was a little girl, dreaming about her soul mate…who was, she was certain, somewhere on this Earth…also dreaming of her. Where could they meet? When would they meet? How would they meet? All these questions concerned her, but never the question of “if” they would meet. That she knew, as she has always known many matters of the heart, the spirit and the future.

Life will not ever be the same. Life will have more depth, more meaning, more excitement and wonder than either of them ever dreamed possible, and that’s saying a great deal, considering that dreaming might be said to be an area of expertise for both Pisces and Scorpio….they do understand each other, deeply…and usually divinely. Pisces and Scorpio will usually tune in to each other’s minds like a couple of short-wave radio sets on the Eternal Now frequency Normally there will be amazing telepathic communication between them. This will be true whether they’re separated by a room or a continent. Typically, they frequently speak without speaking, because they share a silent sympathetic thought pattern and are therefore able to communicate without verbal contact, more or less in a telepathic manner…

Yes, it goes on…but this had me hooked because it was all true…and right on. When I was a little girl, I knew of him, I felt him, I dreamed of him, and I knew (without a doubt) that one day, I would meet him. With each new prospective partner in love I came across, I always knew that it wasn’t him, just an inner knowing…and I knew that he would know and feel similar to me…truly amazing. And there’s more, oh yes, there’s more. Patience…it will come at the perfect moment…but may this suffice for now to give you your own reassurance that what you feel is not only real, but true and accurate, not only possible, but it already is.

Q. I have met my twin flame and we are at the separation and growing stage and yes, I get goosebumps and tingle feelings ALOT when I think of him and often find myself in a somewhat obsessive mode when the feelings get so intense. Is this when he is also thinking about me with all these sensations?

A. The intensity of these feelings is your heart expanding, allowing you to receive more love and to give out more love, not only from your twin flame but from everyone and everything (all that is). When your heart expands, and then expands more, you understand that as you love your twin, you love all that is. As you love all that is, you love your twin. They go hand in hand. All love shared, all love expressed is love shared and expressed with all, enhancing all hearts and the one heart of all that is, the one unified heart of the twin flame sees that underlying everything is love, what is most important is giving and receiving love in every moment, every situation, every relationship.

As your twin’s heart expands and opens, grows in intensity within the vibration of love, by receiving love or giving out love, you will feel it, for as he expresses love, he is loving you. The same goes for your experience: as you receive love or give love, your twin will feel it, expanding his heart even more. Truly the amount of love that you can experience, that you can feel, that you can give, that you can receive is completely limitless as this will continue to grow and grow, filling you with excitement and constant amazement at how much you are filled with love, ever deepening, increasing, blissful love. Give love, and watch yourself continuously feel the love coming back to you, from all sources, in so many ways, as your twin experiences the same, expanding your hearts into the one unified heart of twin flames where only love, the most pure, eternal, unconditional love resides.

The Green Beautiful will have you nodding your head in agreement, it will have you laughing, it will have you admiring the beauty of nature and shaking your head at some of the absurdity of human creations. This movie shows that there are other worlds besides Earth, a world where untouched and serene nature exists, a world where telepathic connection abides, a world where domestication or programming in the traditional sense is not common. A woman from this world agrees to go to Earth to observe the present conditions and to assist in ways that will have you laughing, and observing yourself. This movie takes the “serious,” the “norm,” and turns it into humor. I won’t spoil it for you by giving away any details. Though I encourage you to watch it, that is, if you like to take the serious and see deeply beyond the surface towards the humor within it all…if you like to analyze the human condition and the creations within our world…if you feel that there is more to life than just the mundane and routine, if you have ever felt connected to your intuition and experienced telepathic connection or communication, if you like to laugh, you’ll enjoy this one!

Last month, we were going through a lot of all of the various aspects of separation, feeling the sadness, delving into the separation on a physical level from our twin flames, bringing up many fears of not being good enough, not being loved. In so doing, we were healing, healing from the patterns, behaviors, emotions, reactions, beliefs that have for many years, many lifetimes kept us continuously living in the vibration of separation, away from true relationships with one another or with anything else in our lives. This has been uncomfortable for us all, in different ways, yet through what can be perceived as discomfort, we move into the place of enlightenment, and then transformation on all levels is not only possible, but becomes our creation.

Speaking of creation, why is it that twin flames were created together and then separated, as seen from the human perspective? Truly, there is a reason (or many reasons) for everything. We have the task of staying connected to our spiritual knowing while experiencing on a human level, then bringing our human sight into union with our spiritual knowing. Living and experiencing separation for so long has given us the chance of fully experiencing the illusions of separation so that we can re-connect with the truth that union (love) is all there is and has always been. When we remember this, we then move into the actions of releasing separation from our cell memory, as we understand what union consciousness is. The spiritual truth is that we are not and can never be separated from each other, from anything as we are a part of all that is, and all that is IS connected to everything else. You have never been separated from your twin flame as you are a part of each other. When you remember this, you set the stage for the re-union (remembering you and I as one) and the reunion in full physical, human form.

Twin flames are the balance of each other in all aspects, male and female, light and dark, creation and destruction, high and low, hot and cold, serious and humorous…it is in honoring all of these in their balanced state that brings you to the awareness that they are all good, they are all beautiful, and they all serve their purpose. There needs to be female to know male, dark to know light, destruction for something to be created, etc. For example, in order to be in union consciousness, we have to understand and experience separation (to destroy it so to speak). This way, we come into a deeper understanding of the beauty of all aspects that make us spiritual and human. The reason behind experiencing separation is to move away from the mind and merge with the heart, then bring the heart in union with the mind (hence the human to the spiritual to the merging of both). We are called to be open to our spiritual knowing yet honoring the present moment, all of the pieces that are unknown as to how the “known” will become a reality in 3D form. Since we have been living in separation for so long, this is not always easy for we want to know, we want to control. But when we release the mind and the desire to know and to control, we then allow for the flow to bring about what we have already seen (from our spiritual knowing) to come about at its perfect time, while we continue to stay connected to the truth that we are also experiencing on a human level, which is increasing our capacity to merge both the human sight and spiritual knowing as we move closer to our destinations, our creations.

The dance between twin flames is one of seeing all of the pieces that make us human and spiritual, seeing the whole picture (the past, the present, the future) as we honor the present moment in its glorious unfolding. We understand that as every step unfolds, we are guided, loved, supported, and connected, therefore making it easier for us to trust in the perfection of the divine flow. We then allow ourselves to stay connected to our one unified heart of deep unconditional love with our twin flame (regardless of whether we are in physical presence) and bring the vision of this love and oneness into every relationship, every situation, every moment along the journey. This only seeks to increase the love and connection between twin flames and all that is.

At this particular time, many twin flame couples have chosen to come together in all ways to assist the world in bringing the truth of union consciousness, of unconditional eternal love, of the balancing of all aspects of being alive. To bring us all as a collective away from the vibration of separation and into the frequency of union consciousness, it is necessary for many twin flames to move beyond these words and into the full physical union of showing this balance, this oneness. This will give the “proof” that we have always been connecting, loving, experiencing beyond the direct, physical experience, therefore helping to bring us into the realization of union, of oneness, of the merging of our human experience and spiritual sight. Enjoy the dance, enjoy every moment of it, knowing that you are moving deeper into the recesses of your heart, showing the world the elaborate and beautiful tapestry of the interconnectedness of all that is.

Make sure that you follow what feels true for you. Illusions are that which seems to be true, but is not true when you feel deeply within. There are layers of illusions…and what is true for one may not be true for another. Pay attention when someone says to you that you are living in illusion. Are you truly living an illusion or are you following what is true for you? Sometimes when you follow your inner voice and your inner guidance, to someone looking outside at your experience, it may seem like you are living in an illusion.

An illusion merely is what is not true and what is truth for you may not be truth for another, yet that does NOT mean that it is an illusion. Follow your heart on this. It knows what is illusion and what is true. When you release the mind, you will know what your own truth is, therefore all that can be considered illusion falls away and what you consider as truth becomes what is, fully known within your entire being.

Q. I really think I know who my twin flame is??? But now I am doubting it? Is this normal?

A. This is absolutely “normal” when you are in the midst of releasing the attempts of control from your mind and moving into the space of feeling and *knowing* which comes from your heart. The heart and your body holds the memories deeply embedded within your cells of your eternal love and connection with your twin flame. This is where your recognition of your twin flame comes from, as your true love partner that complements and fits you perfectly, balancing your polarities in the etheric and 3D realm.

The twin flame journey is one of remembering. When you become aware of your twin, both before the physical encounter and afterwards, you are guided into a deeper spiritual awakening on many levels, constantly growing into the true essence of who you are, and you remember on a profound level what your soul (as an individual, as a 1), has planned and also what your mission with your twin flame is (as a union, 11) for your passions are so beautifully intertwined as they fit together, like a puzzle piece, perfectly and intuitively. When you remember, you feel and you know deep within your gut, you don’t *think.* I encourage you to stick with what you really feel and know rather than what you think is the truth, for you already KNOW the truth. Doubt comes from uncertainty, and uncertainty comes from the mind as you begin to question what you already feel. Trust what you feel, especially what you feel so deep within that can’t be explained or understood by the mind. This is where the mind fails to capture or understand this journey. You can bring the mind back into it once you clearly connect with what you feel and know as truth, as you bring this spiritual sight of knowing from your gut and your heart, into the human perspective of seeing, through your mind. It will become more clear in each moment, as you allow yourself to be IN the moment, releasing the pull from your mind or the minds of others. Keep connected to your heart and follow as you are guided. What is “normal” is relative, because normal comes from the mind…there is just what is and what you make/create from how you see what is. Your heart helps you to transform what is into a masterpiece of what you feel and know. Everything is so sweetly interconnected.
