On Tuesday night, I had a dream that I have been inspired to share with you:

I was on a big boat on the ocean with a lot of other people. I had a discussion with one of my soul mates and since we were going through a transition within our relationship, there seemed to be some friction/tension. We physically left each other’s presence. When I went to find him to share more, I noticed that he was in the pool with another woman and they were both naked…he pulled her back to his chest…and when I saw this, I simply turned and walked away. I became aware of my response and reaction…my heart was calm, my emotions calm.. After this, he told me that he was going to be leaving with this woman, and I was empathically aware that he was going to be having some challenges with her, for I could sense that she was controlling and had a lot of anger within her. I told him that I am always here as a friend should he need me in that way. Before they left, this woman exchanged some sarcastic, insulting and rude comments to me…I responded by saying, “I wish you well…I hope that you find happiness and love.” Again, I remained in that calm energy and space.

At this point in the dream, everyone on the boat noticed that there was a tidal wave, a very big wave heading towards the boat…so everyone began to be frantic, started running and yelling. Some of my fears came up: what would happen if I had to be in the water, would it be too cold, what’s under there…but they didn’t last long. As soon as I was aware of them, I released them…and when my mind thought I should run, I actually froze in place, faced the wave, put my arms up and sent it love, welcoming its energy. The wave then became smaller and smaller and as it hit the boat, there was no damage.

After this, I became aware that this soul mate was back on the boat though we didn’t have any more connection/conversation with each other. Everyone on the boat noticed that now there were 2 waves, one after the other heading towards the boat, not as big as the first one though. Again, I remained calm, turned towards the waves, put my arms up, and sent love, open to their arrival. When they touched the boat, there was no damage but the boat began to rock back and forth.

I then awoke and had the song by Bob Marley in my head, “Satisfy my Soul.” I will post that video with the lyrics below. What have I received from this dream? I am open to receiving my true love with an open, calm heart and that all the fears the ego could hold onto are no longer within my perception. I choose love…and as my love is “calling, calling,” I have answered and will continue to answer with the deepest love in the deepest parts of my being. When we meet “around the corner,” I am here…with such calmness and sweetness that will only grow…no running (as everyone else was doing on the boat!)

Q Was wondering if the man I always dream is my twinsoul?

A Is this person that you are dreaming about clear in your dream, with distinguishable features? What can occur when you are ready to receive the information of who your twin flame is and to go forward with steps towards physical reunion, is that you begin to reconnect with their essence. This reconnection can happen many ways, one of those is in dreams. You also can begin to feel their emotions and hear their thoughts as well as them communicating with you. If you are not aware of this person’s features, their essence is what you can remember…and as you take in the energy of this other, then you are able to recognize him/her when you see their form in physical reality. How do you feel through these dreams? I would keep a dream journal recording the details of the dreams when you awake for many times they are giving you guidance on your journey as well as assisting you in preparation to reunite with your twin.

This movie was a great movie for observing the dynamics of an intimate relationship as well as realizing the power of restricting one’s freedom through society’s rules. Both the main characters fall in love, get married, have kids, the man gets into a corporate job that he doesn’t enjoy to make money to pay for the house and other material possessions, and in the process, they both become restless. I remember once reading a quote that mentioned how we are mean only when we are dull with ourselves. We bring happiness to any situation or experience we are having, and we also have the choice to change it if we don’t desire to have that experience anymore. When we don’t, we have the opportunity to stay within the unpleasant emotions that can be created as a result of staying where we are not happy, where we are not utilizing our natural creative talents we have as spiritual beings. We can also get stuck in the false image that society creates: that we need to consume and possess more material goods, and we end up getting a lot of debt, then feel we need to get a job for security to pay off these debts when we end up not liking this job and it is merely just wasting our energy. If an opportunity is presented that we can take to do what makes our heart sing, we have a choice, to develop a new belief that we can have anything we desire and that the universe will help us to achieve our desires. OR we can stay in the place of fear, that we have something good, or at least that pays the bills (though never actually doing that – only getting us by) or take that leap of faith and take a chance. Martin Luther King said, “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” When we have a dream, taking the first step allows for the rest of the process to unfold but if we don’t take that step, then we are stuck right where we are, and will stay there forever, unhappy (if we choose – cause of course happiness comes from within us). We can break this if we choose. You will see during this movie the dilemma that Leonardo DiCaprio is confronted with, and you will see the result of what happens with what he decides. To stay within the “dream” of society or follow his inner dream? After watching this, I urge you to feel about where you are in your life with your inner longings, where do you want to be, what do you want to be doing? Then take the step to making it happen, knowing that the universe is in support of you and will guide you along throughout your journey.

So it is that I feel you within my heart
I keep hearing you whisper to me with such love, “remember I am always with you.” This I know to be true. We have always been together, you and I, through other relationships, experiences, and choices along our journey of love and life.

Yet even though I know that where I am right now is where I am meant to be, I miss you and I want to wrap myself around you completely and take you within me profoundly. I want to listen to random beats of the universe and create our own melodies to bask in to share with the world. I want to have deep conversations with you every day and fall asleep in your arms as we laugh about the observations of those we encountered along our path. Then we can play around with words to piece together a myriad of words describing our conclusions on human nature and interaction. At midnight, we’ll wake up, roll over to acknowledge our awakeness, and softly get up as we giggle our way into flip flops and light jackets. We’ll slowly make our way to the beach for a starlit stroll holding hands and thanking the heavens for this closeness and comfortable space we reside in together. When we reach the beach, we throw our shoes off and run along the sand, basking in the smooth coolness of the particles beneath our feet. We fall onto nature’s belly on our backs gazing up at the stars as we witness a shooting star rapidly making its way across the night blackness and realize that dreams absolutely do come true. We are dreaming awake, as we are here together.

I move onto my side to place my head on your shoulder and look up into your deep brown eyes full of sweetness and innocence, knowing that I am fully at peace in your presence. You help me to see and feel the beauty that is me as I connect with the beauty that is you. You start to sing slowly to me as your lips graze my earlobe, sending shivers through my being, creating words right on the spot though it is the words I have dreamed you would sing to me years before now. Yes, we are dreaming awake, as we are here together.

As I lay here beneath the sky we are sharing together wherever you are physically at this moment, I remember the words you whispered to me, “Remember I am always with you,” and I know this truth sustains me through each moment that I encounter now. The visions are so strong and I am there with you, right now, laying on the beach at midnight, watching the stars shine so brightly, listening to your voice as you breathe your musical creation inside of me, feeling at home in the warmth and comfort of your arms. Yes, we are dreaming awake, as we are here together.
